Technical Services
Over the years, DramSoc has built up resources of both equipment and expertise, and we are able to use those resources to the benefit of the Union, and of other Clubs, Societies & Projects. There are hire fees involved, which are designed to cover upkeep and general maintenance of our equipment, as well as replacement at the end of its serviceable life.
As we have a fair bit of experience in events, you might also find our help and advice invaluable whilst planning your event. In any case, please try to get in contact with us as early as possible, as the more time we have, the better we can help you.
Of course there is no requirement for you to use DramSoc, and if you get in touch, we will be more than happy to advise and assist in getting alternative quotes. However we are quite confident that we care more about the success of your event than a hire company would, and we can deliver more for your money, too.

External clients
DramSoc Technical Services are also available to companies, groups or individuals that are external to Imperial College Union, including groups in Imperial College. For more information, or to request a quotation, email techdir dramsoc org.
Our availability is restricted by our other events and our academic committments.
One small caveat:
We are just students. Our degrees must come first.
This means that we may occasionally be unable to help with your event. When this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible, and will try to give as much advice as possible about alternative arrangements.
The best advice is to get in touch with us as early as possible, to avoid a last-minute panic.
